SAGS TOGETHER WITH AIRLINES IN SUPPORTING THE PREVENTION
AND CONTROL OF THE COVID-19 EPIDEMIC
Amid the worrying situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, SAGS is proud to accompany many of the company’s partnered airlines
in the disease prevention and control efforts by contributing supports to numerous flights transporting much-needed medical personnel
and supplies for the anti-pandemic fight in the country or repatriate citizens, including:
In July and August 2021, SAGS completed the service for several flights of Bamboo Airways (QH), bringing citizens of many provinces
from Ho Chi Minh City and Southern provinces
who are struggling with the COVID-19 outbreak return safely to their hometown, contributing to contain the spread of the pandemic.
On August 13, 2021, in close cooperation with other related authorities,
SAGS effectively completed the process of unloading nearly 13 tonnes of medical supplies,
which equates to roughly 125 billion VND donated by the Swiss Humanitarian Aids to support Vietnam in combating the COVID-19 pandemic. On the same day,
the company also safely served the cargo flight of Vietjet Air (VJ) carrying 200 high-end ventilators from Germany for anti-pandemic activities in the country.
